Serial Cheater Darren Day, has been slapped with a 18 month driving ban, after admitting to driving whilst drunk.
The 40 year old, love rat has also been issued an £800 fine. Having originally pleaded not guilty, the father of two, changed his mind at the last minuted, and pleaded guilty to being over the limit whilst driving on the 18th June.
Although Darren Day say’s he was only moving the car off a yellow line, he appears to be sorry for what he did and issued the following statement.
“I realised when I got behind the wheel that I was in the wrong,Truly, on my children’s life, I’m truly sorry for that and I can only throw myself at the mercy of the court and ask for you, sir, to be as lenient with me as you feel you can be.”
And it seems the Judge was pretty lenient, let’s hope the cake shop it within walking distance.
