Singer Duffy has done what most popstars only dream of, she has sold a staggering 1 million copies of her debut album, all within 6 weeks.
Duffy who is hoping to get the same level of success when she heads to America next month, has already gone double platinum here in the UK as well as gold in other European countries.
Duffy also took time to reply to remarks made by singer Estelle, who claimed Duffy wasn’t a real soulstar, Duffy explained “I don’t wanna stand as a definition of soul music and I don’t think I ever will but there is influence of that in my music.”
